• The Big Peruvian Cookbook, Morena Cuadra and Morena Escardo, Skyhorse Publishing, 2019. Some nice background on Peruvian food and cooking and a quite nice Glossary discussing Peruvian food ingredients. Checked this out at the library in 2024. Found and prepared 5 recipes which were very good; I photocopied the relevant pages. Went online to order some of the ingredients. Overall a nice book. Seems the authors are not long time cooks and a number of the recipes are from others. One of the recipes I prepared fails to mention what to do with one of the ingredients, but it's somewhat intuitively clear what to do.
